Because of the unique filter media of the IQC Dust Collector, plants can go significantly longer
periods of time between filter changes. In many applications, the filters only need to be
cleaned with a light stream of water or blown off with an air hose. The reduction in maintenance and
filter replacement is a substantial savings over the life of the system.
Shick's IQC Dust Collector / Filter features high efficiency PTFE membrane elements that are designed to allow
for complete filter element change-outs in minutes without tools. The units are ideally suited
for hard-to-access areas, such as on top of silos or day bins and in applications that require
frequent filter element change-outs.
